Pre-testing
One of Isaac’s core values is extensive and rigorous testing. As soon as the initial prototypes are created in the form of computer models, they are tested virtually. The strength of the frame is tested and the aerodynamic shape of the initial model optimised using airflow design technology. In the next stage, the physical prototypes are tested for material fatigue, shock absorption, shock neutralisation and frame stiffness.

Practice
During the final production stage of a new frame, it is regularly tested for material fatigue by independent inspection agencies. An Isaac racing bike never leaves the factory without a detailed and extensive quality control check. Every frame model we produce is tested twice for static load, torsion behaviour of the main and back triangles and lateral stiffness.

Final test
Before being individually packed and leaving the production unit, each frame and fork is subjected to a final test. All Isaac frames are also marked with serial numbers so that they can be subsequently tracked and analysed. Every Isaac is unique. Our ongoing tests are always carried out in accordance with the laws of Sir Isaac Newton.
