First Isaac Challenge Stores in the Netherlands
Experience, choice, advice, confidence, and service are factors that are becoming ever more important within the cycling sector. And for good reason, as these are the prime instruments with which entrepreneurs can find and retain customers and to set themselves apart from rival businesses but also in order to show the advantages for customers compared with online sales, for instance.
Isaac is growing, and has a clear vision for the future. Besides selective distribution, there is an important role for an exclusive ‘experience’ shop formula in this vision.
In order to help customers familiarize themselves with this experience and the brand philosophy, and to present all the Isaac models effectively, Isaac has opted for a new concept alongside the standard Isaac specialists: The Isaac Challenge store. Isaac aims to open a number of these stores in all countries in which the brand is sold.
The ‘shop in shop’ stores will be accommodated in cycling sport specialist shops offering a high level of service and professional skill and that can display the full collection of Isaac bicycles. This way, cycling enthusiasts can not only take a good look at all the models, but they can also have a 'test cycle,' and a bicycle can be put together in line with the customer's wishes according to the Isaac ‘a la carte’ system.
At a Challenge Store, potential customers can look at Isaac bicycles (Race Carbon, Race Aluminium, Triathlon/TT, Mountain bike), clothing, and accessories. The customer will also find Isaac specialists at these shops who can offer expert advice on the bicycle that is best for them, and customers will experience how important measurements are in order to determine the optimum frame size, crank length, handlebar width, and length/angle of the stem. Only a bicycle of the optimum size, customized to the wishes, possibilities, and ambitions of the customer will lead to the best results and a satisfied and loyal client.
The first Isaac Challenge Stores in the Netherlands will soon be opening:
