As a bicycle assembly worker, you are co-responsible for the customer journey experience of our clients. You have the greatest pleasure when another custom-made bicycle is assembled by you and can be sent to an ISAAC cycling enthusiast.
What will
you be doing?
What does
your day look like?
You start
the day at 8:30am with a cup of coffee or tea and in the meantime you will be
told which bikes need to be built and what the rest of the day's tasks will be.
Depending on the amount of bikes to be delivered that day, you start building
them, if this is not a day filling task, you support the logistics department
in its activities. You take pleasure in the fact that your work area and place
look neat and tidy. At the end of your shift, you go home at 17:00 with a
feeling that tomorrow you will be making some people happy with the bikes you
built today.
This is what
we ask of you:
