Do you use internet banking with ABN AMRO, ASN Bank, Bunq, Friesland Bank, ING, Knab, Rabobank, SNS Bank, RegioBank, or Triodos Bank? If so, the good news is that you can pay using iDEAL. This is the easiest payment method on the internet. It’s also free of charge!
With MasterCard and Visa credit cards you can pay your orders. Unfortunately we do not except credit cards such as Visa Debit Card or American Express. You will be pleased to know that our website is secure and has an SSL certificate, which means you can place your orders in a completely secure environment. After verifying your credit card details, we will dispatch your order the same day.
After checking and verifying the credit card details, we will send the order the same day, provided that the order is placed on business days before 5.00 pm. We will only charge your credit card after you have received the delivery.
Do you want to use Paypal? When you log in with your personal Paypal login details, you only need to approve the payment. After receiving the payments we send the order the same day. As soon as the order and approval of the payment is approved on business days before 5 p.m
In exceptional cases, we may receive a delayed payment. Of course we ensure that we send your order as soon as possible as soon as we receive the payment in good order.
Paid using iDEAL, received no order confirmation
Have you paid using iDEAL, but are not sure whether the payment has actually gone through? We advise that you check your bank account to see if the amount has been deducted. If it has not, then you can place the same order again, safe in the knowledge that the amount will not be deducted from your bank account twice.
Has the payment gone through, but have you not received confirmation of your order from us? No worries, it is quite possible that the e-mail will follow a little later. Processing payment orders can sometimes take up to an hour. If you have not received confirmation of your order after an hour, please feel free to contact our customer service department. Have your transaction number to hand and we will look into it for you!
Your invoice is your proof of purchase. Invoices are attached to the order confirmation e-mails we send to you. You can also find your invoices in your online account; just log in via My Isaac Cycle. Click on the order and you can view, download, and print your invoice.
