From the moment that you have completed your order, we immediately start processing this order. Do you place your order on the Isaac webshop before 5pm on a weekday? Then we ensure that your order is shipped the same day via our logistic partner DPD Group.

We provide free shipping from orders above € 50. If you place an order that is less than €50, we will charge shipping costs. The shipping costs depend on the country where the order will be delivered. Below you will find an overview of the shipping costs per country. These costs include VAT.
During the shipment of your package, we will keep you informed of the status. You will receive an email as order confirmation after your Isaac Cycle order placement. In this email you will also find a link with the Track & Trace code. After the package leaves our warehouse, you follow your order via this link.

Did you miss the delivery of your Isaac Cycle package? DPD will try to deliver the package the next day or they will deliver the package to the neighbors. If attempt two does not work either, they will deliver the package to your nearest DPD Pickup Parcelshop. Here you pick up your package and you can finally enjoy the new purchases.
