Changing or cancelling your order

We would like to make the ordering process as pleasant as possible for you. For example, would you like to change your order after you already placed it? As long as your order has not left our warehouse yet, we can change or cancel the order for you. Below you will find a number of options for changing or canceling your order.

⦁ Have not received your shipping confirmation yet?
Please contact the Isaac Cycle customer service via 0031 (0) 46 457 27 98. We will gladly help you with your change or cancellation. We process cancellations free of charge.

⦁ Have you already received shipping confirmation?
Then your order has left our warehouse. Has the package deliverer not been there yet? Then you are able to refuse the order when it will be delivered.  The delivery company will bring your package back to us. You do not pay any additional costs for this option. As soon as we receive the package return, we will contact you for a solution. For example, by adjusting the order for the right products that you would like to have or by paying the payment back to your account.

⦁ Did you accept the parcel from the delivery company?
Even then you still have the option to return the package. Returning a package is very easy. For more information, visit our return and service page.
