Do you process special or sensitive personal data?

Sending newsletters.
We store your e-mail address, first name, and surname in Spotler/MailPlus. Your data is stored indefinitely. You may unsubscribe whenever you wish by using the link at the bottom of each newsletter.
Creating an account.
We store the data you entered when creating your account. We also use this data whenever you place an order. Your data is stored indefinitely. You may delete your account whenever you wish. If you send an e-mail to info@isaac-cycle.com or phone + 31 (0)46 457 27 98, we will delete your account.
Getting in touch.
As soon as you contact us by e-mail, we store the data you send, such as your name, company and e-mail address, on our mail server. We keep e-mails for no more than two years.
Google Analytics.
With Google Analytics, you need have no worries about potentially sensitive information. The data collected on the website by Google Analytics is anonymous - that is, it cannot be linked to your name, company, or e-mail address. We retain this data in Google Analytics indefinitely.

I would like to view, alter, or delete my data.
You of course have the right to view, correct, or delete your own personal data. You also have the right to withdraw your consent to your data being processed and to object to your personal data being processed by us, and you have the right to data portability. This means you may submit a request to us for your personal data that we hold to be sent to you in a computer file. To be certain that any request to view data has actually come from you, we ask that you enclose a copy of an identity document with your request. This is to protect your privacy. We will respond to your request as soon as possible, but at the latest in 10 working days.

How do you protect my data?
